TGJ Entry 23: Agia Napa & Cape Greco

We explore the easternmost part of the ‘Greek’ side of Cyprus and visit the extremely touristy town of Agia Napa. There isn’t much to see there, though, except for a decent marina. What there is to see is not very nice: it’s quite rundown, cheap, and the place is full of tourists. Therefore, we head further along the coast to the beautiful Cape Greco, where we enjoy our first sunrise over the sea and take a short hike to the Sea Caves. We spend the day relaxing on top of the cliffs overlooking the cape.

From here, our plan is to cross the border into the occupied part of the island. However, we fail, and we’re still not sure whether it was the dog or the car that caused the problem. So, we head straight for Nicosia, which we had planned to visit later.
